We have so appreciated Jessica’s kind support throughout our homeschooling journey. Her knowledge and solution-oriented nature are such a help in the not-always-obvious path of alternative styles of learning. When we were going through a difficult time balancing life circumstances with homeschooling, Jessica gave us reassurance that our kids were thriving despite a temporary challenge and helped relieve so much stress. She is a truly loving champion of kids, families, and learning in the many ways that can look, and we are very grateful for her.

Jessica advised us when my youngest daughter was in TK and K. Even though I’d already homeschooled my elder daughter, each child is so different that I needed fresh ideas for a new type of learner. Jessica is always honest, gentle, flexible, and full of solutions. She puts you so at ease, you know you can ask her anything! She helped calm me about my daughter’s distractibility and find more resources for core subjects when some didn’t work. She brainstormed unique ways of incorporating subject material into my youngest’s passion for baking. Additionally, my eldest took a writer’s workshop from Jessica in the 1st grade and it was her favorite class. My daughter was so motivated to write and I gained many resources for teaching writing. As both a former teacher and homeschooler herself, Jessica fully understands the needs of homeschooling families, but her kind and supportive nature is her true strength.
Jessica was an invaluable resource for me when my daughter started reading early at 5 years old. She shared a ton of different teaching ideas with me and knew the ins and outs of all the various curriculums. Jessica was always readily available and gave me the peace of mind I needed to be successful on my homeschooling journey. With her help I was able to keep my knowledge thirsty daughter, happily learning. Thank you Jessica!

I was lucky enough to meet Jessica right at the beginning of our homeschooling journey. Whenever I had a question, she was the first person I went to. Who am I kidding, I still do. She always either has the answer or knows who to call to get the answer. She is kind and gentle and has such a genuine love for families and seeing them succeed. Jessica has that rare gift for meeting people where they are and being truly present with them. My family and I are so lucky to know her.
